Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClawData ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

ClawData is a mobile game where players manage a virtual data center, build infrastructure, and compete on global leaderboards. The App is provided for entertainment purposes.

User Accounts

The App does not require account creation. Your game progress is stored locally on your device. If you use Game Center features, those are governed by Apple's terms of service.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for virtual items, currency, or features. All purchases are:

• Processed through Apple's App Store
• Subject to Apple's refund policies
• Non-transferable between devices (unless using iCloud sync)
• Virtual items with no real-world value

You are responsible for all charges incurred through your App Store account.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, and game mechanics, is owned by ClawData Industries and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawData Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Game Data and Progress

We are not responsible for lost game progress due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances. We recommend using iCloud backup when available.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior we deem harmful to other users or the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
